Polyurethane Binder 100% solids, aromatic, polyisocyanate-prepolymer, moisture-curing binder based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It is mixed with recycle rubber granules (SBR) or EPDM granules for the creation of the elastic safety flooring, ideal for playgrounds, athletic tracks, schools etc. The success of binder in the application depends on the right preparation of the underlay and use of the material. It is important to ensure the surface clean, dry and smooth before applying a PU binder, which can help to provide better contact between binder and granules and ensure good adhesion and a strong bond.
